Everyone likes to know how much a job is likely to
cost. We do not give estimates
over the phone, we prefer to take a look at the job, discuss your requirements,
and provide a written estimate or quotation before work starts. We do not charge for
estimates. Please call 01229 715107 to arrange an appointment.
For emergency repair work, or for standard servicing
and maintenance tasks, we do have a scale of charges, and these are listed
below.

Materials used and any subsequent labour is charged at an
hourly rate of £28.20 (£24 excluding VAT).

If the work is of a technical nature (boiler or appliance fault-finding and repair, technical plumbing etc.) the
hourly rate will be £35.25 (£30 excluding VAT)

Customers will not be
charged the emergency call out rate if, when the job is assessed, it is found that we are unable to carry out
the necessary repairs.

For callouts in the evening or at weekends, the above
charges are subject to a 25% premium.
Servicing of Appliances and Annual Warranty
Appliance Servicing
-
General cleaning and servicing of the appliance
in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.

If we discover that remedial work or repair is required,
an estimate of cost will be provided.
Appliances serviced by Readiheat are given priority
in the event of breakdown, which ensures that an engineer will attend within
24hours - 365 days a year - a service very few companies can match.
Annual Warranty
-
We offer a warranty agreement which, for payment of an
annual premium, covers the cost of parts and labour to to repair any
breakdown on an appliance or system for a period of 12 months. The warranty
charge also covers the annual service.

Discount for 2nd & subsequent domestic appliances serviced on same day: £10 per appliance
(inc. VAT)
For Commercial Appliances (over 50kw) or domestic
appliances in a commercial environment, an additional charge of £15 excluding
VAT applies
